ImmoGest is a free program dedicated to all tenants who need a tool to monitor rental payments and related condo fees.

The program has a simple and intuitive interface; once the property is chosen, all the data is at your fingertips.

ImmoGest, in addition to managing "traditional" rentals, also works well as software for managing student rentals.

The program is free, but donations are accepted to keep the project alive!

Desktop application made in java (version 1.8), so it works on any operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac)

Works without internet connection

The program does NOT need internet to work. It does not transmit any data via the internet.

Data base H2DB

Local database encrypted and password protected (with H2DB technology)

USB pen drive

Standalone application that can reside and work also on "USB stick or external disk" so on unlimited workstations
